Elevation Sales & Marketing are currently recruiting a Commercial Depot Manager - 12 Month Contract.Our client is a leading brand within the Building & Construction Marketing UK Wide. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full responsibilities for all activities taking place within the Surrey Depot. You will take responsibility for:
* Manage a team including; Business Development, Administration and Logistic / Commercial Activities
* You will operate in a Hire market which is fast paced with average order value ranging from £1,000 - £6,000 across the local region
* You will be responsible for post-sale objectives ensuring the customers receive their orders on time and in excellent quality - liaising with materials, workforce and administration
* You will lead both an internal sales support function ensuring new business and driving commercial activities forward
* You will manage the P&L of the Depot. You will be responsible for the depot requirements of fit out, health & safety and quality requirements
Elevation Sales & Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
* Recent experience in a Hire Industry including; Building & Construction, Tool Hire Capital Eqt, Car Hire, Plant Hire etc
* Proven man-management experience is an essential requirement
* Some sales experience in a commercial environment
* Experience of managing workforce, logistics, materials post sale to ensure customer service and repeat business
* P&L budget responsibility is required
