Description

We have a fantastic opportunity available to join one of the leading automotive services companies. They are looking to expand on their already impressive Customer Services departments.

The Customer Service Specialist role will involve:

- Taking inbound customer calls.

- General enquiries about Home or Car insurance.

- Discussing with the customer if they may like to upgrade or increase insurance.

- Provide a fantastic Customer Service experience.

Days and hours of work:

- Working 37.5 hours a week.

- Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.

- Monday - Friday between 7am - 10pm.

- Saturday between 8am - 8pm.

- Sunday between 9am - 7pm.

Fantasic Pay Package:

- First 3 months - £7.69 per hour.

- Next 6 months - £8.29 per hour + Uncapped Bonus

- Average earnings between £800 - £1,200 in bonus excluding basic salary.

Training:

- Two weeks training given in classroom environment.

- Ten weeks support given on the contact centre floor.

- Involving: Knowledge of the company, full product knowledge, sales skills, ability to up-sell.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

- Previous customer service experience (contact centre, retail, face to face).

- Great listener and communicator.

- Willing to learn and progress.

- Able to start work immediately

- Flexible with the hours of work.

- Able to attend an assessment ASAP.
