Senior Project Manager with Lean Six Sigma expertise sought for a major Offshoring and BPO effort for a leading Global Financial Services firm.
Our client are a Global leader in their respective field - and are embarking on a major three-year transformation effort spanning Operational Process Reengineering, implementation of Enabling Technologies and Workforce Location Strategy/Offshoring/Outsourcing. This hire will lead the Dublin effort in terms of assessing current Back Office processes and Operating Models, reengineering and improving processes, and leading the transition of processes to the Nearshore BPO Centre where appropriate.
Requirements
- Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager with extensive experience in Business Process Reengineering and BPO.
- Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC expertise, ideally backed up by Black Belt Certification.
- Strong track-record of Benefits Realisation and stakeholder management to CEO/COO/CFO level.
- Project Management Certification preferred - PRINCE2/MSP, PMP.
- Background in Financial Services and/or Insurance.
