My client, a well renowned Retail Loyalty business is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to take a leading role on one of their most important and exciting projects.

YOUR ROLE
Your typical day as the Campaign Manager will include:
- Lead Multi-channel communication across web, email, and social as well as retail stores to drive overall customer engagement.
- Liaise with internal teams to market entertainment based rewards and targeted promotions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer segments & profiles to successfully identify opportunities for relevant promotions with new and existing partners
- Continue to build member engagement by demonstrating campaign successes and insight
- Use knowledge of customer segments and profiles to identify new reward opportunities
- Use knowledge and insight to increase customer appeal.
WHO YOU ARE
- You're driven and self-motivated with hands-on approach
- An established career managing campaigns within the retail or loyalty sector
- Experience of delivering commercial success through marketing and loyalty campaigns
- Experience of working with numerous customer segments and spend patterns
- Passion for the entertainment industry and customer insights.
- Strong analytical skills
- CRM and Data driven campaign management
- Fluent in English, any other languages an advantage
- Proven ability to clearly define a problem collating information, analysing the results and presenting findings.
- Resilient and dedicated nature
- Proactive attitude
- You're personable and build connections with contacts with a natural ease.
The day rate offered is £.00 per day dependent on experience.
LOCATION-London 5 days a week.
