Description

Our client is currently looking for a Support Analyst Level 1 Senior. ASAP until December 2015.

Your daily tasks will be:

- Follow-up and support for the PC park, different types of technologies or network environments;
- Daily 1st line incident and troubleshooting;

- Installation and configuration of network environments, voice and peripherals on request;

- Maintaining customer service and availability;

- Telephony (Fixed phone, Cell phone, Blackberry's)

- Access Control (Granting access on Windows file systems

- Deliver support on the following categories:

- General networking issues, vpn, switches, (Multi function) Printers

- Software installation (Windows 7/XP, MS Office, Outlook)

- Desktop and laptop installation

- User management for infrastructure

The profile requirements are:

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;

- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines;

- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Methodology/Certification requirements;

- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred;

- Language proficiencies: English and German fluent.
