My London based NHS client is looking for an Organisational Development programme manager to project manager a corporate service review.The Programme manager will manage a corporate service review project created to deliver a new operating model for corporate services with the objective being to reduce operating costs.
The successful candidate will have excellent experience in project management with some organisational development, or excellent Organisational development experience with some project management.
The role includes:
-Corporate service review
-Implementation of a collective leadership programme
-Developing structures
-Collecting evidence for an equality programme
-Researching other organisations for benchmarking
The candidate will need to have
-An understanding of corporate services in local authority or NHS
-Project management or organisational development experience
- Prince or MSP
- Lean experience or qualification as you will need to take part in process mapping.
The current rate is £ depending on experience.
