Description
Our Client requires additional support to manage the ramp up of a large team, developing and testing a high transaction central database system and gateways for the industry and operators. Responsibilities will include: scrum master, project managing team projects, coordinating within the team and across multiple organizations.
REQUIRED
Strong project management practices, scrum master skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and demonstrated ability to interface with both the customer and internal stakeholders. The candidate will have experience as a scrum master, project manager, and a technical lead in a development or QA group.
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 6 months+
Start: 2 weeks
Required experience:
- Experience on an Agile team, specifically as a scrum master.
- Heavy coordination experience, from new projects to production support.
- With internal input, observation and assessment, actively manage milestones in the project plan, including mapping of internal Agile/Lean approaches with epics, stories, scrum, etc. from teams to a fact based assessment of progress, gaps and forecast of project activities.
- Excellent communications skills quality development engineers, team leads, and management.
Additional Skills:
- Scrum Master certification a plus, but practical experience is a must.
- Working knowledge of IBM's Rational would be a plus.
