SAP Data Analyst (Dutch and English speaking)
Start date: 1 July 2015
Duration: 6 months
Gathering the required data over the related systems, prepare the calculations manually. check the quality of the data used (Master Data), prepare the setup data for the dashboard, follow the approval process and upload the setup data into the dashboard. In case Master Data should be cleaned, start the process for clean up the involved Master Data for the impacted systems, and create cross over for other brands/systems
Key responsibilities include:
Is responsible for supporting the Site Planners, End to End Planners and Customer Management in providing the planning master data (safety stocks) for all brands (or brand by brand) into the aggregated projected inventory APO functionality
Following or initiating processes for cleaning the Master Data in the related systems.
Ensuring planning master data integrity for all brands (or brand by brand) across all related systems (EOQ, Planning Time Fence, etc) before and after roll-out of the new functionality
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business or Technical field. A minimum of 5+ years of experience is required.
Experience in complex global SAP/ERP projects delivering results is highly desirable. Experience in Pharmaceutical Health Science, Advanced Planning and Optimization, and Master Data is highly desirable.
Knowledge of supply chain required; Analytical skills combined with communication including written, oral, and presentation skills required;
Skills: SAP ECC required, MS Excel preferred, APO and Mater Data Management are preferred.
Soft Skills: Hands-on mentality, some flexibility in working hours is required, must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision; Quick learner, motivated self-starter; Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills; Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
