Complaints Manager

Rate: £250 - £320

Contract Length: 2 months initially

Location: Yorkshire

Start Date: Immediately

Project Details: My NHS client based in Yorkshire is currently looking for a interim Complaints Manager to work on an initial 3 month contract with an immediate start.

As the Complaints manager you will support the complaints team and Senior Complaints manager to clear the back log and make sure that this is maintained as the Trust is due to have a CQC inspection soon.

The NHS Complaints Manager will also play a key part in reducing the amount of incidents that are currently breaching and costing the Trust. Also you will help the Trust in looking at their Strategic direction and help them achieve their goals.

The role will allow you to Develop and maintain links with key stakeholders, including clinicians, patients and their families.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to show your passion for patient concerns and help improve the care that is given to the public.
