Description
A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Storage Specialist to become part of their infrastructure team in their dynamic and multicultural offices in Prague. As a Storage Specialist your main responsibility will be to provide storage management services in NetApp system environments.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Storage products and provide product expertise and management.
- Create designs storage capacity (NAS enterprise disk).
- Handling day to day escalations.
- Preparing reports and presentation of the storage management services
- Participate and lead Severe 1 calls
Your skills & Experience are:
- Over 8 years of experience working with multiple storage technologies
- Installation and configuration of NetApp filers
- Certification in Storage is preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
