Audit, auditor, Financial, Quality, QA, checklistI currently have an urgent role for a Financial Services Customer Service Quality Assurance Auditor.
The business are looking for someone ideally from an Financial Services background who is comfortable in working in a controlled environment - who is very process driven and in the managers words see's everything black and white, they will need to have exceptional data integrity and provide robust quality of work. They will be working alongside key frameworks which may need to be looked in to and root cause issues identified.
Location: Reading
Experience of:
managing relevant processes and procedures
experience of administrative environments, with Financial Services
quality assurance within an administrative environment
experience of maintenance checks and auditing
identifying, assessing, monitoring and managing risks
someone who can deliver quality assurance across Customer Services managing relevant processes and procedures
management information and reporting tools and techniques
