SAP Service Delivery Manager- Dutch and French Speaking
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the coordination of the technical functions that are required by the functional teams. Which must be achieved by the technical teams on the schedule and budgets.
- Monitoring Projects, coordination and planning of requests, monitoring deadlines and objectives of the projects.
- Creating budgets and monitoring
- SLA monitoring for SAP applications are employed. If necessary, take action.
- Regular reporting on the progress of the projects and KPIs
- Good experience in SAP project management
- Knowledge of the main SAP modules FI, CO, PM, MM, OM, PA
- Knowledge of SAP architecture and development techniques
- Word, Excel, MS Project
- Project management methodology.
- Good knowledge of French
