My client is currently looking for an Productivity & Efficiency Project Manager to join their Commercial Team.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

- NHS Experience

- Experience implementing schemes

- Analytical experience - analysing and breaking down information for schemes to deliver them more efficiently

- Read & review policies

- Creating Risk logs

- CIP / QIPP

- Monitoring dashboards / designs

The day to day duties will be second in command for the head of Commercial Development liasing with the managers involved with the schemes to keep the projects on track.

You will be expected to report back to the Head of Commercial Development when key stakeholders are unable to deliver to enable relevant steps are taken to make this happen.

You will be reviewing schemes already in place to make more efficient whilst also developing new schemes.

This client is more interested in quality than savings however would like an element of cost savings to be looked at where possible.

A background in estates is desirable however not essential.

The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and be confident when delivering key information to stakeholders and management.
