Required Technical Skills:
5 to 8 years of experience in Architecting and Administrating Large VMware Virtual Infrastructure: VDI, vSphere Environments Install and configure VMware ESXi/View 5.X and above Extensive hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting VMware View Understanding of virtualization management and configuration Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, network topology, switch/Router configurations, security) Understanding and ability to promptly diagnose and Remedy VDI related problems and failures Demonstrated work experience building and managing VMware VDI environments Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work well independently as well as in team settings Ability to explain technical functions to non-technical users VMWare Certified Professional and ITIL V3 preferred.Soft Skills:
Flexibility (ready to work 24X7 during major incidents and On Call as per need) Excellent & Effective Communication Skills Adaptability Team player - Should be able to work with offshore/onsite teams
