- Experienced IT leader with strong Systems Integration management track record
- Commercially mature with experience of managing significant outsourced relationships
- Experienced in International business,
- Multilingual would be preferred
- Strong management process
- Good strategic insight around IT development methods and approaches
Confident working in a multi-stakeholder, Matrix organisation environment.
- Experienced contract/SLA performance management skills
- 5+ years multi-discipline experience in Service management and/or Contract management
- Language skills and international experience
- Strong service management and assessment skills
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Commercially mature with negotiation and improvement planning/audit experience.
Three days per week in The Hague; 2 days remote
