Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end to end delivery of a single project or work-stream of a larger project or programme, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, outcomes and benefits. Projects can be standalone or form part of a programme.

Qualifications:
- Required: University degree
- Required: PMP certification or training
- Desirable: PRINCE2
- Desirable: CAPM
- Desirable: Any relevant local banking qualifications such as ACIB
Professional Skill Requirements
- Managing teams of different work streams
- Managing senior stakeholders to secure approvals and escalation support to push ahead with the project outcomes
- Ability to program management the project independently
- Strong understanding of banking domains like retail banking/wealth management/commercial banking
- Influencing & running project governance
- Understanding of Business Case and Benefits Realization
- Ability to manage stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions
- Prior work experience in business change projects/programmes in the Banking & Financial Services domain
- English + Cantonese/Mandarin communication proficiency is mandatory
- Willingness to travel for short terms and work from client locations in Asia Pacific region
