Description

The ideal candidates will be:
*Familiar with process reviews
*Implementing process changes to maximum efficiency
*Operating at management level
*People management experience
*Has been part of a project group
*Worked in a creative/agency environment
*Familiar with what an agency does
*Insight in to looking at process and identifying improvements
*Awareness of what the team does from a creative agency perspective
*Able to lead on the improvements identified

Day to Day Duties:
An experienced process improvement and quality management professional who can work with us over 4 months to audit, report, and implement a quality improvement programme for our in house creative agency. this would include:

- Conducting a fact find into our processes, workflow and quality checks to gain an understanding of how we work currently
- Conducting an audit on that basis to allow us to allow us to benchmark the accuracy and creative quality of the work we do.
- Developing a quality metric that we can use, and a 'kitemark' style approval to certify that our processes and quality checks are gold standard.
- Develop a programme of quality improvement to help us reach the high standards of accuracy and quality that we aspire to.
