ITIL Service Delivery Manager

ITIL Service Delivery Manager is urgently required for a long-term contract position with a Blue chip client.

Skills:
. Solid understanding and experience of transition management
. Understanding of integration architecture and technologies
. Understanding of and CCIT processes related to IT projects.
. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
. Good relationship/stakeholder management skills.
. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
. Effective planning and organisation skills.
. Copes well under pressure and with uncertainty.
. Drives for results.
. Preferred Skills:
o Experience working in an IT support environment
o Awareness of ITIL framework
- Strong English communication for multi country project transition
