Description
Currently seeking a French-speaking Security Consultant for a large public financial institution based in Paris . This person will act as the interface between the internal control, compliance teams and IT in terms of technical and architectural validations; first in line with existing arrangements, and once validated in line with defined Target Operating Model.
This is a fixed price 7 month contract requiring a minimum of three days per week in Paris and perhaps one day in London. €700 - €900 p/d including all travel, accommodation and expenses
Key milestones involve:
- Defining a detailed work plan and deliverables for the entire project
- Defining and validating a target operating model for the "second line" function
- Identifying, consolidating & updating existing information security policies
- Defining and validating risk reporting functions and dashboards
Experience:
- Good knowledge of IT security concepts
- Good knowledge of Security Organisation & Risk Management (ISO /COSO/ISACA/3 lines of defence)
- Security Management experience ie ability to define, structure, document and communicate security policies and processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in French spoken and written (essential)
