Insurance Claims Adjuster - Location: Croydon - Rate: £100.00- £120.00PD

My client is Global Insurance Organisation in need of a number of talented claim associates with experience in (LoB) Complex claims for large blue insurance organisations.

Role of the Insurance Claims Adjuster are to provide a high standard of customer service while strictly adhering to legal and regulatory procedure's/requirements. To handle LoB with lower claims from coverage to liability to quantum analysis. This is to be handled in a timely and accurate manner.

Duties & Responsibilities of Insurance Claims Adjuster:

  • Knowledge of LoB in technical claims
  • Policy Language
  • Managing key claims handling enquiry; coverage determination, quantum analysis and legal liability assessment, where appropriate within authority limits and providing a high standard of customer service
  • Must have worked in an insurance claims role previously
  • Knowlegde of technical claims competence for moderate to lower complexity claims
  • Strive for continuous improvement on claim file handling with feedback and support through the Quality Assurance Review processes
  • High levels of Customer services
  • Time management, Accurate, Strong Communication skills
  • Be able to work well in a team

Technical skills:

  • Knowledge of LoB
  • Policy and accurate wording
  • Policy language
  • Excellent and written & verbal skills
  • Excellent time management
