A well known international bank are looking for an engagement manager/project manager to head up a huge structural reform project due to be completed by 2019.Responsible for the overall leadership and delivery You will need to have experience managing large scale projects covering various different aspects with a project.
Experience
- Strong understanding of Project and Change Management methods and disciplines.
- Experience of working within a team to deliver a common goal
- Experience of contributing to the delivery / implementation of projects / programmes of activity within a change environment.
- PRINCE qualified or equivalent desirable
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Personal and Corporate Banking (PCB) business units and distribution channels desirable
- Knowledge of Financial Services environments and structural reform desirable
Skills & Behaviours
- Strong team player and good collaborator
- Proactive in providing support
- Confident in providing effective support at key meetings and workshops
- Credible to senior stakeholders in all aspects of communication
- Good organising skills
