IT/Migration coordinator (Active Directory) - Copenhagen
For an industry leading client in Copenhagen we are looking for a IT/Migration coordinator (Active Directory) for a month project.
- To help coordinating the Workstation and Client migrations for this part of the business
- PC Builds & Upgrades
- OS Migrations
- Active Directory knowledge is a must along with Workstation support skills and knowledge
- General overall good organizational skills would be necessary
Required skills:
- Manages day-to-day client interaction
- Sets and manages client expectations
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
- English speaking role but Danish is a benefit
Required Background/Experience/Certifications:
- Experience in Service Transition and Service Operations of a EUC Support
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience ( IT Operations/EUC/AD/Infrastructure Support)
- Proven records of managing teams, people and performance management
- Acumen to understand cultural diversity and ability to adapt.
- Good understanding of the industry and domain (technical knowledge)
