Description

IT Service Delivery Manager required for a large investment bank based in Luxembourg

English and French Speaker required

Role:

Key Responsibilities

Management of the IT Service Delivery Team including responsibility for service desk; desktop, server and network support; through a combination of internal and external resources.
Responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate service level agreements with the business.
Produce regular reports to monitor the team's performance against agreed SLAs.

Work with the IT Manager to ensure that SLA's are met and business expectations are exceeded. Also ensure that any SLA breaches are investigated and corrective action is taken to improve service delivery.

Manage the day-to-day technical operations of the Production, Test and Development technical environments in line with industry standards, with due regard to Network Security management, risk, service delivery needs and contingency/back-up measures.
