- Incorporation into the architecture and function of the IP network of the TMA
- Testing and introduction of configurations on switches, routers, firewalls
- Checking log files and current alarms on problems, configuration errors, hardware failure and finding solutions to these problems
- Investigation and resolution of connectivity issues in IP network of TMA
- Care and if necessary updating of documentation
- Documenting the activities in the workflow tool (ITSM/TMA)

Completed technical education (HTL, FH, TU) focusing Network Management
Very good understanding of Layer2 Switching and Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF) and MPLS
Practical experience in handling IP Devices from leading manufacturers
Troubleshooting of IP networks
Analyzing Network Traces (eg Wireshark, Observer, Netscout)
Analytical approach to problems
Experience with professional firewall products (Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, ..)
Very good German and good English skills
Committed, reliable, customer-oriented, team-oriented and able to work independently
