Premium Collections specialist - Settlements, Banking, Premium ReceiptsMy client is looking for someone who is organised, highly numerate and process-minded. As a Premium Collections Specialist you will need an aptitude for problem solving in order to handle complex cases. You will also need strong verbal and written persuasion skills to liaise with banks for settlement of premium. In the role, you will need to quickly develop a good understanding of business requirements. It is expected that you should be able to work at pace to deliver a consistent level of service. Attention to detail will be paramount to maintain high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive monitoring of overdue premium and liaising with banks for settlement.
- Reconciliation and allocation of premium receipts.
- Ensuring proper removal of liabilities from corporate systems following expiry.
- Premium collection within the financial services industry
