Description
Service desk employee (German speaking)
Amsterdam Zuid-Oost, asap, max 2.500 euros gross per Month, full time employment only, IT Support / service desk / 1st line support, German language is a requirement. 12 month contract.
You are client orientated and have an affinity for computers. You know your way around MS office and Topdesk (nice to have). You help the internal customer with general problems (new log-in for instance) and if needed, you transfer them to the 2nd line.
Requirements:
- 1 year working experience
- MBO level
- Available asap
