Are you an experienced Change Manager within the financial services sector? Do you have working knowledge of fraud and financial crime prevention within the banking arena?
The Client: Our Client is a large financial services business based in the North West.
The Opportunity:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of business/project related change for the financial crime prevention department.
This will include.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the IT change and Operations teams.
- Work with operational managers to ensure robust implementation into BAU of changes resulting from business wide change initiatives.
- Able to build change management frameworks, including project plans to support the operational teams in receiving change into the business
- Attend and contribute to project steering groups and provide updates at project sponsor level.
- Ensure that appropriate and consistent reporting mechanisms are implemented, enabling timely status update and risk and issue escalation.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Business readiness/change management experience of managing and coordinating change
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Sound planning and scheduling skills.
- Experience of financial services
- Experience and sound knowledge of fraud and financial crime prevention
