Description
One of my NHS Clients are looking for an ACC / Accredited Clinical Coder to help with a Coding Project they are working on.They need and experienced or ACC Coder for a 12 month period and are holding telephone interviews week commencing 06/07 to give more information on the post.
Essentials:
- Experience with Clinical Coding in a NHS environment (2+ years)
- Refresher course within the last 3 years

Knowledge of Coding Systems such as Medicode, Citrix, Compucare, Simplecode or PAS systems - Either your own smart card and coding booked or 2 forms of ID
Desirable:
- Taken you NCCQ exam and gain the ACC accreditation
- Experience within a large NHS Clinical Coding department
