Role: SOX PM with Prince 2 or PMPRate: Competitive
Location: North County Dublin
Type: 6 month
One of Computer Futures key clients based in North County Dublin are seeking an experienced SOX PM for a 6 month day rate contract. The day rate is highly competitive and there strong potential for an extention beyond the 6 month mark.
Some of the key requirements include:
- Prince 2 or PMP/PMI
- 10+ years of relevant IT Project Management experience
- Successful management and delivery of business and IT SOX projects including the successful delivery and testing of SOX remediation plans
- Background in Treasury / financial business processes
- Background in manufacturing and understanding of the business processes and terminology in use in manufacturing sector is an advantage
- A self-starter capable of using their initiative and getting results
- Business acumen and developing relationship at all levels in the business is a must
- Proficient in working in a multi-cultural organisation
The following skills are crucial:
- Ability to work with cross-functional & cross geographical teams and staff at all management levels
- Ability to manage the delivery of concurrent projects
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of project management best practices
- Strong oral and written communications
- Problem solving/analytical skills, tools and techniques
- Effective decision-making skills
- Extensive knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley
