Continuous Improvement Lead - Commercial Banking - DMAIC
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Project Manager to be based in Bristol for our client, a major retail bank.
The purpose of the role is for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to deliver transformational improvement to the commercial banking's Anti Money Laundering process, by adopting the Define - Measure - Analyse - Improve - Control (DMAIC) methodology.
Skills and experience required:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- In depth knowledge of DMAIC.
- Proven track record of Continuous Improvement project delivery.
- Very strong on MS Excel and MS Access.
Desirable Skills required:
- Experience of coaching green belts is highly desirable.
