UNIX/Linux Administrator: AS400, ITIL, i505, Tape Library
My client, a world renowned global organisation is seeking a UNIX/Linux Technical Lead with more than 6 years of IT experience in large enterprises, over 4 years of direct Unix and Linux Administration and engineering level experience and extensive service management knowledge and understanding of AS400.
Experience required is as follows:
*Strong ITIL and process discipline
*Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
*5 + years of relevant IT Technical Experience in Unix/Linux related Infrastructure.
*General service management knowledge and understanding of AS400 Infrastructure platform.
*i5OS Versions V5R3, V5R4, V6R1and V7R1
*HMC and partition management
*Communication Protocols (TCP/IP, ANYNET, TELNET, FTP)
*Data mirroring - EG. MiMiX
