Description
One of our clients, a well-established investment bank is looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to support a client group of circa 200 for a period of 3-6 months.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, particularly working closely with the COO and the Head of Investment Banking. The main areas of focus will be Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation, Learning & Development, and ad-hoc projects.
It is essential that all applicants have a strong track record of HR Business Partnering within in Financial Services, ideally Investment Banking, have strong UK Employment Law experience and are able to build credibility quickly at all levels.
This role is to start immediately.
There is a possibility that this role will become permanent.
