Currently we are on the lookout for a prestigious client of ours in the Amsterdam area for a System Network Engineer.

You will be working in a high profile, high pressure, and business critical environment which provides a technical service integration, deployment and operational support function to many research, development, integration and testing engineering teams work on highly complex technologies.
Qualifications
Degree in Electronics, Computing or Telecommunications
Good command of English language
Good knowledge of virtualization (VMware)
Good knowledge of windows systems and architecture
Good knowledge of storage technology (Netapp, Fiber Channel Switches, )
Good knowledge of Unix (Solaris)
CISCO and JUNIPER knowledge and/or certification
Good knowledge of IP security protocols and administration
Good knowledge of Load Balancers (F5, radware, )
Good knowledge of Checkpoint NG(X) Firewall clusters
Good knowledge of DOCSIS, Cisco CMTS and Cisco Network Register (CNR)
Good knowledge of VoIP and Telecoms systems
Good inter-personal communication skills, must be flexible and team player whilst retaining the ability to be self-reliant and work unsupervised
Effective time management, communication and organizational skills
Flexibility in working hours
