Summary:
  • Inventory Tracking
  • Inventory Destruction
  • Interface with Import/Export for Release and Delivery Issues
  • Creation of Material ID's in Clinicopia and Follow through to approval
  • Creation of Lots in Adjustments and Lot Resolution in Clinicopia
  • Transfer and Receipts in CSDS
  • Review of Completed Documentation
  • Loading Data into GDMS
  • Interface with Supply Chain Leads for issue Resolution
  • Interface with Quality for Lot Release
  • Interface with Supply Chain for transit excursions
  • Interface with Quality for issue resolution
  • Issue Tracking
  • Metrics Tracking data input
  • Escalation of Issues to the Appropriate Line
  • Multiple System access and input of data
  • Log any retains being managed by Pharm Sci into the CAIS
  • Managing the inventory - update descriptions with vendors - coordinate any moves - put the material in the BA/BE warehouse
  • Update expiry in system and with vendors as the studies complete and the actual expiry date is established
  • Assign expiry dates to retains in inventory system to manage destruction
  • Needs to be able to access vendor inventory directly via web
  • Monthly - review inventory at all locations to evaluate expiry date; get accurate expiry data and authorized destruction when reaches expiry date
