Systems Modelling Engineer -Systems Modelling, SysML, Artisan
A Systems Modelling Engineer with Systems Modelling, SysML and Artisan experience is required to work on a six month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Telford.
This is a 6 month contract with a leading UK Defence Business.
Overview of the Systems Modelling Engineer contract role
The role performed shall include the execution of Systems Modelling for the allocated projects, this includes, but is not limited to:
- Deriving system models and use cases using formal systems engineering tools.
- Modelling in SysML.
- Actively engaging with the project team in the development of vehicle concepts.
Key skills required for the Systems Modelling Engineer
Essential
- Experience in SysML and its principles.
- Experience in System Modelling and its techniques.
- Advantageous
- An understanding of the Artisan software tool.
The candidate will ideally have the following qualifications:-
- Formal training or experience in Systems Engineering.
The role is based in Telford, Shropshire - commutable from Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Lichfield, Cannock, Stafford, Market Drayton, Whitchurch and Oswestry.
