Service Manager

Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Service Introduction Manager to join their Edinburgh based team for 6 months initial contract.

With our client, your role will entail:

*Monitor and take corrective actions against service levels to pre-defined contract arrangement
*Implement the production release, change and configuration management policies and standards for the bank as appropriate
*Govern the release management process and the execution services provided by technology partners
*Govern the production change request process, configuration management process and the execution services provided by technology partners
*Ensure that strategic suppliers carry out Service Introduction services effectively
*Govern trend analysis of recurring incidents as a result of production change management processes
*Oversee release and change review meetings and work collaboratively with appropriate colleagues to ensure that appropriate mitigations are established to avoid future service incidents
*Develop integrated service reporting mechanisms and provide reporting updates to the Senior IT Management as well as business management for the performance of the in-scope processes
*Contribute to appropriate governance forums to describe current state of service delivery

You will have:
*Risk management experience
*Strong governance experience
*Strong Stakeholder management experience
*Planning and Resource Modelling
*Capability Management
*ITIL experience
