The Job:
  • Support Technician in healthcare environment
  • Has skills to work of own accord

  • Keeps up to date with technologies and will update team members
  • The provision of the technical support necessary for the delivery of key projects and initiatives through testing, configuration and other commissioning tasks
  • Experienced in Problem Solving
  • Finds innovating solutions to engineering tasks
  • Responsible for own deadlines and staffs deadlines
  • Takes information on board quickly and accurately
  • Uses experience to generate a number of possible alternatives
  • Can communicate information to teams
  • Makes quick and timely decisions
  • Understands when to pass decisions and problems to managers
  • Is approachable and available for advice and support
  • Can describe complex terms in simpler terms
  • Actively listens to others, using questions to check understanding
  • Facilitate two-way communication up and down the hierarchy
  • Works as part of the team to establish a shared sense of purpose and unity
  • Helps teams members when they are under pressure
  • Reacts constructively to setbacks
  • Shares experiences and coaches team members
  • Takes the initiative to make their area successful and progressive


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Microsoft products.
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN/wireless technologies
  • 3+ years of Citrix experience essential
