Description
SIBIOS-IT is looking for Senior SAP GRC S&A Security and Authorization with minimum 5 years experience for Barcelona.
The Consultant will actively work in the EMEA Team (Europe, Middle East & Africa) SAP S&A project with the scope to re-organise all existing roles based on job functions and GRC-library risk functions into IDM business roles.
The consultants prime responsibility are the analysis of current AS-IS situation with further development and maintenance of R3/BW authorization roles, combined into IDM business roles.
The consultant SAP GRC will have to do the:

Analysis of current AS-IS situation: Work with SAP functional specialists of all modules and EMEA SOX Controller to define the business needs cross-country; help with technical system analysis. Previous experience on roles reengineering projects in a multinational environment is a plus.

Design, development and maintenance of authorization roles in SAP R3 and SAP BW.

Combine developed authorization roles into IDM business roles and assignment to country users

Functional support for SAP module Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) - define Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules for custom transactions

Support Integration system Tests and User Acceptance Tests

Functional support of SAP Identity Management (IDM) - create business roles and assign privileges, train country users how to use IDM, 'including GRC risk analysis

Keep current all documentation and training materials for all S&A policies and procedures and ensure project team, competency center and countries are kept up to date on these procedures.
- Define and maintain proper role documentation as a deliverable of the project (eg role directory, business roles cards, etc.)
- Support current live countries in S&A area.
You need to have:
- M inimum one full life cycle SAP GRC S&A implementation for a multi-national global company.
- Strong experience maintaining SAP IDM content and SAP GRC rule sets
- Basic knowledge about ABAP/ABAP Query Development and Transport Management System;
- Knowledge of SOX Act. with strong experience on SOD principles
Fluent English is a must, every other language is a plus.
