Description

A Key client of Computer Futures is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support that will be available to do on call shift work. This is for a large law firm in Dublin. This is a 12 month contract on daily rate.

Position:
  • IT Helpdesk Support Level 1
  • Includes on call shift work

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve technical problems.

  • Support usage of applications

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.

  • Alert of any issues

  • Face to face and over the phone troubleshooting


Key Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ideally obtained in a client facing role in an IT capacity.
  • Windows Server
  • Win7
  • Level 1 Support experience
  • Desired:
  • Previous experience in Legal or Corporate environment
  • Confidence in both face to face and phone troubleshooting
  • 3+ years experience
