A Key client of Computer Futures is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support that will be available to do on call shift work. This is for a large law firm in Dublin. This is a 12 month contract on daily rate.Position:
- IT Helpdesk Support Level 1
- Includes on call shift work

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, analyse and resolve technical problems.
- Support usage of applications
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Alert of any issues
- Face to face and over the phone troubleshooting
Key Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, ideally obtained in a client facing role in an IT capacity.
- Windows Server
- Win7
- Level 1 Support experience
- Desired:
- Previous experience in Legal or Corporate environment
- Confidence in both face to face and phone troubleshooting
- 3+ years experience
