Job Title: Open Span specialist

Key responsibilities:
Will be responsible for setting up support processes, implementing delivery framework to accommodate open span changes. Will be required to support Open Span in-life defects.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
* Expert knowledge in Open Span implementations for customer contact centers.
* Understanding of how customer service processes work (preferably in the telecom sector).
* The associate will also be required to setup support & delivery processes for Open span implementations.
* Excellent communication skills as the associate will be interacting with business stakeholders.
