Are you an experienced Change Manager within the financial services sector? Do you have working knowledge of fraud and financial crime prevention within the banking arena?
Our client, a key financial services organization, is currently seeking an experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of business/project related change for the fraud and financial crime prevention department.
This will include.
- Reviewing the various ways they approach potential crimes
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the IT change and Operations teams.
- Working with operational managers to ensure robust implementation into BAU of changes resulting from business wide change initiatives.
- Building change management frameworks, including project plans and RAID logs to support the operational teams in receiving change into the business
- Attending and contributing to project steering groups and providing updates at project sponsor level.
- Ensuring that appropriate and consistent reporting mechanisms are implemented, enabling timely status update and risk and issue escalation.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Business readiness/change management experience of
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Sound planning and scheduling skills.
- Experience of financial services
- Experience and sound knowledge of fraud and financial crime prevention
Rate: £400 per day dependent on experience
Duration: 6 months
Location: North West
