SAP Change Manager - Wroclaw/Lodz, Poland - 9 months Contract
My client is looking for an experienced SAP Change Manager to join a new implementation project of a manufacturing company based in between Wroclaw and Lodz in Poland.
The right candidate will have at least 8-10 years SAP Change Management experience, working on large scale international rollouts, excellent presentation and communication skills, proven influencing and negotiating skills, and experience of managing 3rd party suppliers.
As SAP Change Manager your responsibilities will be to work with the change and communications teams to manage change readiness throughout the global rollout. You will work closely with the business to accept change, and you will also work closely with the SAP Programme Manager.
You will also provide SAP Change Strategy including key audience and issue identification, integration with key training deliverables, a communication plan, stakeholder management approach, and a month by month timeline.
Fluent Polish language is a strong advantage.
