Description
Splunk L3 Support Engineer:
- The L3 Support Engineer will provide engineering and technical support for all green and secure zones for the new Logging platform. Responsiblities include providing L3 support to other L3 and L2 on the future ELM infrastructure. This resource will indepth knowledge in Unix, r-syslog and Splunk. Must be Splunk certified.
-Maintain Splunk infrastructure and configuration
-Undertake day-to-day operational/user support
-Execute data/user on-boarding
-Staff L3 helpdesk for Splunk system related assistance
-Resource required to provide expert Splunk knowledge/development/engineering skills for the new Splunk logging solution.
-Primary focus engineering of Splunk solution based on business requirements
-Providing day-to-day engineering, testing, technical documentation and deployment packages for the new Splunk solution.
-Assist in the migration of existing SEGWay to the new Splunk solution
-Location is required to support between 4 different timezones (APAC, EMEA, CH, US).
