Senior Windows Desktop Support Engineer - 6 month contract A client of Computer Futures has a 6 month daily rate contract role for a Senior Windows Desktop Support Engineer in Dublin City Centre.Role:
- Senior Windows Desktop Support Engineer to support a technically competent user base of 40-60 in a Windows environment which includes: Outlook, Networks, MS Office.
- Run the Dublin headquarters, while being part of the European base, reporting directly to the Global IT Director.
- Be the go to person for infrastructure issues
- Manager suppliers of services, order new kit, troubleshooting administrative issues and assisting the remote 3rd line support team
- Experience in implementing systems such as Office 365
- Support Windows Desktop OS, Outlook, Networks, MAC Systems, Mobiles
- Taking the role as manager - managing relationships with IT suppliers and service providers
- Become part of a global team, assist on projects, be part of the CIO's global weekly meeting
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience of Windows Desktop Support
- Experience of implementing and supporting Windows desktop OS, Outlook, Networks, MS Office, upgrade projects
- Experience is a managerial role
