Description
An global consumer goods manufacturer based in Utrecht, The Netherlands seeks a data mapping/migration specialist for a major transformation project: the implementation of a single ERP platform across multiple business units and international locations.
The employing company currently supports a variety of different ERP Legacy systems, and as part of the harmonisation of master data, it requires a data analyst to assist in the conversation process and more specifically the migration and mapping of data fields between the old and new systems.
The project is expected to last over 12 months and will based in The Netherlands (or Belgium) for the duration, plus may require travel across Europe.
Key requirements:
- 2-5 years experience of data mapping/migration within a change and transformation project.
- Experience of SAP ERP, ideally in the consumer products domain.
- Understanding of master data management (MDM) principles and processes, as well as Data Quality related applications (Informatica and Trillium).
- Expert in Excel and mapping tables.
- Excellent communication skills in English, (Dutch would be a bonus)
- Must have a valid EU work visa.
This is a 'hands-on' operational role and requires an professional with an accurate, organised and structured approach to working within a challenging and complex environment. For more senior candidates, there may be the opportunity to lead.
