Regulatory Compliance Engineer, Functional Safety, IEC 61508, UL, £40ph, Essex, 6 month
LOCATION: Essex (commutable from Chelmsford, Colchester, Braintree, Brentwood, Basildon)
HOURS OF WORK: Flexi time
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months initially
THE PROJECT:
An Electronics business in Essex have a requirement for an experienced Regulatory Compliance/Certification Engineer, to help certify there electronic products to functional safety standards.
For this role you must demonstrate experience certifying electronic products to safety standards, ideally products that are used in a safety critical environment. Experience working to UL, IEC, TUV, ATEX standards is desired.
This role will give you the opportunity to work in an enjoyable team environment, where they work hard but have fun. You will also have the opportunity to work on cutting edge technology products, that will provide good and interesting challenges.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Proven experience taking Electronic products through Certification & Compliance
2. Safety Critical product experience (Medical, Aerospace, Oil & Gas)
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
3. Worked to UL, TUV, ATEX, IEC safety standards
