My trust is looking to recruit an experienced, senior general or clinical service manager with a proven track record of complex change management and delivery, to provide strategic and operational leadership for our Pathology Services.

A key part of the role will be supporting the Clinical Director and Heads of Pathology Services and Clinical Leads in continuing to develop and improve their newly centralised Pathology service model through 'best practice' redesign and transformation.

The role will require the post holder to be flexible and highly organised, be able to align their values with those of the organisation, have the ability to delegate effectively and to work as part of a team with a 'can do' positive attitude.
