Real Staffing are recruiting on behalf of a reputable not-for-profit organisation in London who require an ICT Procurement Consultant to lead a critical OJEU tender process.
The tender is for the outsourcing of ICT services as the organisation reduces its on-site infrastructure and migrates towards a cloud-based platform.
The role will be to collaborate with the ICT Technical Lead, providing both knowledge and guidance on OJEU policies to ensure that an appropriate partner is selected.
- Management of OJEU tender process
- Gathering ITIL documents and business requirements
- Translating ICT business requirements into specifications
- Producing documentation compliant with OJEU policies
- Reviewing and scoring tender applications
- Visiting prospective partner sites and assessing viability
- Liaising with the ICT Technical Lead and other key stakeholders
- Reporting on progress to the Senior Management Team
It is essential that candidates have a comprehensive knowledge of OJEU policies and how to conduct a thorough tender process.
Experience of managing a similar tender for the out-sourcing of services within a Public Sector organisation would be beneficial but not essential.
