**IT Business Analyst (CONTRACT)**
My fast paced and very interesting client based in Cambridge is seeking a highly experienced IT Business Analyst to work within the IT Business Analyst team responsible for the investigation, analysis, and documentation of business functions and processes, and the definitions of requirements for business change initiatives within the company
Previous Experience:
- Working with stakeholders from senior management down to ensure that the business need are met.
- Responsible for the elicitation and capture of detailed business requirements and process documentation.
- Responsible for working with IT and senior business stakeholders to investigate, define and support the delivery of a core HR capability provided through a SaaS provider.
- Scoping and planning of business analysis activities and deliverables on specific IT change projects.
- Production of documents as needed on a project-by-project basis in accordance with internal standards and procedures.
- Proven track record of delivering effective business analysis and strategy for enterprise-grade HR systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of requirements engineering and business process modelling.
- Demonstrable ability to produce and present to both business and technical audiences.
Desirable Experience:
- BCS/ISEB Diploma in Business Analysis, IIBA CBAP qualification or similar.
- Experience in implementation of SaaS solutions.
- Project management experience.
- Data modelling at the logical level.
Contract duration: 3-6 months
