Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract - Leeds

Due to continued expansion and growth an exciting opportunity has came up with a leading financial services company based in Leeds for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 3 month contract initially has came up.

You will be working in a small help desk and support team who are an extremely close bunch and are known throughout the business for the excellent level of service they provide to all their end users and staff.

Rate: £13 p/h dependent on experience

Length: 3 Months (likely to extend)

Location: Leeds

Skills needed:

- Must have at least 2 years experience in 1st/2nd line IT support or 3+ years on the service desk

- Experience of working with different ticket logging systems.

- The ability to offer excellent technical support to end users and the understanding when to raise the ticket to a higher level.

- Any experience on financial services is a huge bonus.
